2 whole onions,finely sliced
1/2 Red tomato,diced
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp meat masala powder
1 tblsp black pepper powder
1 tblsp ketchup
1/2 bottle speghatti sauce
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 pkt minced mutton (good brand)
1 tsp sweet basil
1 cup water
saute onions,tomato,all spices powders, all sauces, one at a time in heavy bottomed pan with olive oil. Once the masala is ready, add the minced meat. Pour 1 cup of water to cook the meat.Add salt. Sprinkle sweet basil in the end.
Meanwhile cook four packets of instant noodles in boiling water with 5 tblsp of salt only.Drain and leave it to cool.
Once cooled, mix the noodles with the Minced meat sauce well. Keep aside.
Prepare the white sauce: Add 3 tbsp butter to sauce pan.Heat it till it melts.Add 3 tblsp maida, one spoon at a time,stirring it well. Now add 1 cup of fresh milk slowly,mixing well with each addition.Season the white sauce with salt and pepper.Switch off the flame as soon as the sauce thickens.Keep it aside.
Butter the baking dish well. Spoon a layer of white sauce to cover the bottom of the dish. Next,layer the noodles mixture till it neatly fills the entire dish. Top it off with the remaining white sauce. Cover the dish with tin foil. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Remove the dish from the oven once done. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and sweet basil in the end and bake it uncovered for another 5 minutes.
